May 2024 - What a weekend that was! 

Our 2024 Beer Festival was our most successful to date. We had good weather, great beer, delicious food, live entertainment and loads and loads of happy, smiling people - even the Northern Lights turned up for a once-in-a-lifetime show.    

This year is a proud milestone for us - it's our 15th Sproughton Beer Festival - and we're really pushing the boat out as we celebrate the 50th anniversary of the 1975 cinematic classic:

Already confirmed for 2025:
 
  • ​20+ delicious cask ales, Adnams Dry Hopped Lager and half a dozen ciders - all at £4 a pint for a third year
  • 4 Suffolk craft gins to try 
  • Great food all weekend from our festival partners Prestige Catering
  • Live entertainment throughout the weekend, starting on Friday 9th May with the popular local band Back Porch Blues Band. Saturday night we proudly present Helen and the Neighbourhood Dogs. On Sunday it's Pop Club Choir, Terry Mackley and the Fun Quiz
  • ​Commemorative festival glasses to buy - all proceeds to charity
